You register either manually or through Facebook. If you are having issues registering, please try the other method of registering.

Once you have registered, you will receive an e-mail with a confirmation link. You need to click this link before you can use your account.

All documents are password protected for extra security. You can find your password on the “My Documents” page.

This is usually caused by a problem which is a bit tricky to solve. In short it is caused by one or more attachments you have uploaded being protected by the issuer, usually a PDF-ticket or similar. This causes the merging of the document to fail, and the documents will therefore not be uploaded correctly.
